Private Security Site Supervisor

Location: Oxnard, CA

HSSI is accepting resumes for a full-time Security Site Supervisor/Guard Captain for Naval Base Ventura County, CA.  The Site Supervisor is the senior HSSI employee on site who works directly with the customer managing a multi-location, 24/7 armed security guard operation.  The candidate performs all related administrative duties to include, but not limited to include, scheduling shift work, maintaining records, conducting training, interviewing, and preparing written reports.  The ideal candidate must:

• Have 5-10 years of supervisory experience in related military security or civilian law enforcement.  Government contracting experience a plus.

• Meet and maintain physical fitness standards.

• Be available to work a flexible shift schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.  Intermittent travel may be required.

• Be US citizen and possess or be eligible for a secret security clearance.
