Physical Security Specialist

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting physical security and crime prevention programs. The incumbent is the subject matter expert for all matters relating to the physical security of the installation and provides the technical assistance required for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive installation physical security plan.  Must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one (1) years experience in physical security planning/management; or a minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement experience desired.  An extensive knowledge of physical security specialties to include electronic security systems and security construction considerations is required.  EOE
