Dispatcher

This position is responsible for receiving and dispatching calls for service aboard the installation.  The incumbent is the key link between the "customer" and the PMO.  This position requires the ability to multi-task and stay focused while coordinating and handling communication tasks using the telephone, several radio frequencies and computer equipment; and requires attention to detail, stress management and customer service skills, as well as a basic knowledge of security and law enforcement operations.  The incumbent must successfully complete (upon being hired) a training program on police, fire and ambulance protocols, which includes Dispatch certification from the state or approved source.  EOE
